References56歳の男性が、約1年前から徐々に大きくなっている左耳に、痛みを伴わないしこりがあることに気づき、当整形外科クリニックを受診しました。検査中に、左耳の外耳道まで伸びている、約2.5 × 2.0 cmの暗色の隆起が認められました。近傍にリンパ節腫脹は認められませんでした。腫瘍性かどうかを確認するため、しこりから少量のサンプルを採取し検査しました。その結果、seborrheic keratosis（脂漏性角化症）と診断されました。
A 56-year-old man presented to our outpatient plastic surgery clinic with a 1-year history of a slow-growing, painless mass in his left auricle. In the physical examination, we observed a 2.5 × 2.0 cm blackish papillomatous lesion within the left cavum concha, extending into the external auditory canal. There was no palpable enlargement of the regional lymph nodes. An incisional biopsy was performed to rule out a malignant skin tumor, and the histopathological examination revealed seborrheic keratosis.
